One of the best pastrami sandwiches , I ever had !
I want to trim their pastrami , turkey and Swiss sandwich.
Service is very quick and don't let the place fool you .

This was my first visit to Torpedo Base USA. It was a Friday at 10:30am. I ordered a 12 inch #30 sandwich which is pastrami and roast beef with American cheese from the kindly gentleman. Now here is my issue. The lady at the register makes Seinfeld's The Soup Nazi seem cordial. I would had preferred him. I had to spend five minutes listening to her yelling on the cell phone to her insurance company on personal matters at a decibel that actually hurt. I did not order the extra vulgarity and unfortunately it was free. The only time she spoke to me was to take my money. I couldn't even "thank" her because she immediately ignored me and started talking to the other employee. I was leery of the neighborhood. It turned out I needed to be scared of Torpedo Base USA. Thank god this place is to-go only. There's no seating if you were wondering. Oh yea, the food. It's not like you get an overflowing amount of it but it did taste pretty good.

Omg - been living in Paterson for about 4 years and just now visited this place. You would never think in a million years that this place would make the best pastrami subs in North Jersey.
It's basically a hole in the wall but it's worth the visit if you are in the area. One minor issue...
They don't take credit/debit cards!!! Ugh.. Anyway, bring cash. It's worth it. -

I've live in Paterson for over 20 years and never stopped by until recently.
I got the #26 which was pastrami and beef with cheese. It looked like half a sub. I should have ordered 2 bc it was very tasty. The meat was very moist and tender.
Go when the sun is out. Unless you have protection.
Not sure if cc accepted. Paterson is a CREAM city. Dollar dollar bills y'all!!!!!!
